§ 1 Scope

§ 2 Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Nick van Wijk
By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is formed when you place the goods in the shopping cart and click the order button.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

§ 4 Delivery
Delivery within Germany (and, where applicable, other EU countries) takes place within 5–10 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

§ 5 Payment
We accept the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g., credit card, Klarna, PayPal, Shopify Payments).

§ 6 Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until paid in full.

§ 7 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.

§ 8 Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply.
For damages not occurring to the goods themselves, we are liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

§ 9 Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are not obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 10 Final Provisions
German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
